Essentially, ADMMI Consumer functions as an extension of the Principal’s operations in a long-term relationship designed to serve the needs of the product or brand concerned.
ADMMI Consumer adds value to this relationship through direct distribution, aggressive and salient merchandising, marketing and sales planning, brand strategy development, product promotion and creative point-of-sale material development. Supported by a comprehensive and efficient logistics operation, ADMMI Consumer is able to meet the most stringent delivery demands imposed by the market.
In Abu Dhabi ADMMI covers the market with a 36 member Sales team. The distribution coverage is 100% of all Hypermarkets, A, B and C class retail outlets. We also cover an impressive 75% of the grocery channel with a fleet of 7 cash vans. ADMMI has 2 vans dedicated to cover the ADNOC outlets, which are a growing chain of retail outlets.
Furthermore, we have a dedicated salesman to tap the non-traditional HORECA channels.
In early 2010 ADMMI expanded its operations to include Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
